Who we are

NorCal Work Comp is a local law firm in Redding, CA. We represent injured workers in their Workers’ Compensation claims in Northern California. As a law firm, all CA attorney-client privilege laws and protections apply to our relationships with our clients.

Our Contact Us Form

Our website has a Contact Us page. This page offers all of our contact information as well as an electronic form that can be used by our clients to contact us via email. The form generates an email that is sent to our office email address. The form asks for a prospective client to provide their name, phone number, email, and allows for a space to write a message.

Please do not put private details about your case into the contact form. While we have protections in place on our website, we ask our prospective clients to discuss the details of their case with the attorney or to send information securely over email, and not with the use of the form.

This form is intended for the purpose of convenient, initial contact with clients in order to schedule a free legal consultation. The form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is not formed until a representation agreement has actually been signed with the client. We will never provide any personal information to anyone unless required by law.

If a user has any concerns about the use of the contact us form, we ask you to simply give John Paul a call at (530) 638-3848 or send us an email directly at office@norcalworkcomp.com. Use of the contact form or the website is at your own risk. We make every effort to protect our client’s privacy by not using our website for personal information. But like any website, we cannot make any guarantees regarding security. Again, if you are concerned about using the form, please call or email us directly instead and the phone and email above.

Where your data is sent

Use of the contact form will generate a private email that is sent to our office manager, Melody Fickes, at office@norcalworkcomp.com.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone at any time. If you choose to complete the contact form or to schedule a free legal consultation regarding your case, your data is protected under attorney-client privilege.

What rights you have over your data

The only data collected from this website is from the contact form on the contact us page. This form requires your name, phone number, and email so that we can reach out to you.

If you have contacted us via our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the contact form email that we received, including any data you have provided to us. You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, but we may be legally obliged to keep certain data for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
